The Blinded Veterans Association (BVA) is an organization of blinded veterans helping blinded veterans. Through our service programs, regional groups, resources, and advocacy before the legislative and executive branches of government, we hope to make life better for blinded veterans. We will be there with encouragement and support, to ensure no blinded veteran is left behind.

Learn More About BVA

Two groups of blinded veterans representing both the U.S. and the U.K. met on both continents in late spring for a week of technology instruction, adaptive sports, and cultural exchange. Additional details and perspectives about the two gatherings are provided in this issue of the Bulletin. In photo, blinded veteran and Town Crier Billy Baxter, officially appointed by the Mayor, offers one of the groups a 14th century welcome to the Llandudno City Center in Wales.
