The 67th National Convention in Galveston, Texas, and Veterans Day were major highlights in a flurry of activity for blinded veterans and their families in late 2012. Events from both venues, and more, are summarized in this issue of the Bulletin. Far left, blinded veteran Sean Johnson and guide dog Cole prior to wreath ceremony November 11 at Tomb of the Unknowns in Arlington Cemetery. Upper right, Kaisa and Steve Feldman with son, Jacob, of Boy Scout Troop 177 in Galveston, and George Myers of the Arkansas Regional Group. Lower, Operation Peer Support convention participants Kentaro Otawa, left (San Diego, California), and Andrew Lessard (Copperas Cove, Texas) with Astronaut Mike Fossum at NASA training facility in Houston.
