Blinded veterans, their families, and a host of presenters, exhibitors, and other special guests commemorated BVA’s nearly seven decades of service at the Association’s 69th National Convention August 18-21 in Sparks, Nevada. They also celebrated the 91st birthday of a World War II blinded veteran and honored the achievements of distinguished members and regional groups. This issue of the Bulletin summarizes this year’s gathering.
