September-October 2016 BVA Bulletin Table of Contents


The annual BVA Awards Banquet, a festive evening of fine dining and recognition for dedicated service held August 26, was the grand finale of a BVA 71st National Convention brim with opportunities for training, learning new technology, participation in official business meetings, and a bit of nostalgia and partying with old and new friends. These features and several others are recapped in this issue of the Bulletin.
