NOTE: PL 110-57 (enacted in late 2007) changed the bilateral visual field required to qualify for the paired organ benefit from 5 degrees to 20 degrees. This may eventually have an impact on the Schedule of Rating Disabilities for Ratings of Impairment of Visual Field listed above, but at the time of publication of this edition of the Resource Guide the Schedule reads as listed above and the ruling only applies to the paired organ benefit until CFR-38 is amended.
