Who Should Join BVA

Membership in BVA is open to all legally blind veterans of U.S. military service. Blindness does not have to be combat-related, nor must members have lost their vision while on active duty. Although membership is not required for blinded veterans and their families to receive free field service assistance, scholarships, and the print version of the quarterly publication (BVA Bulletin), membership serves as the institutional means by which the men and women of BVA serve, support, and lift one another throughout all 50 states, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and Guam.
