1. Members are eligible to vote, to submit proxies, or to be proxies.

2. Be sure that the person named as your proxy is eligible, plans to participate in all meetings of the National Convention, and has been informed that you have named them as your proxy.

3. If your regional group will have a delegate present during the Convention, it is NOT necessary to give anyone your proxy. Your delegate will cast your vote for you automatically.

IMPORTANT: Article IX (National Convention), Section 2b of the BVA National Bylaws states: "The official Headquarters Proxy Form shall be the only proxy form recognized at the National Convention."
