Bosma runs on a social enterprise model helping Hoosiers navigate sight loss. By providing vital products and services to both government and private entities, Bosma provides meaningful employment for people with sight loss who otherwise face a 70% unemployment rate. We also provide critical rehabilitation and training through their Center for Visionary Solutions to teach the skills that those navigating sight loss need to live independently.

Bosma is proud to partner with the Blinded Veterans Association to help veterans navigating sight loss gain the skills they need to navigate sight loss. Bosma also provides in-kind SalesForce (CRM) services annually.
