The Veterans Service Program (VSP) is a one-stop shop featuring a dedicated team of Accredited National Service Officers (NSO’s). Blinded veterans across the nation contact our NSO’s via a dedicated toll-free number or email for Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) claims assistance and support.

Our NSO’s are accredited through the VA Office of General Counsel to assist claimants in the preparation, presentation, and prosecution of claims for benefits at no cost to the veteran or their family.

NSO’s work as access specialists, providing inspiration, encouragement, and practical assistance with VA claims and appeals. They also educate veterans about benefits and services – including services for the blind – while empowering blinded veterans to find and follow a road to independence.
