BVA member Paschal Baute, Ed.D., of Lexington, Kentucky, 95-year-old retired psychologist, storyteller, author, poet, and frequent contributor to the BVA Bulletin, has added still one more book to his 40+ works centered on conflict resolution and human behavior. His latest, Sanity Way—Stories of People Keeping Their Heads above Water, outlines Paschal’s conclusions from listening to more than 70,000 hours of people’s problems and 16 contributors to the book.

Through a collection of powerful stories about the importance of reconnecting with family and friends, the book focuses on staying sane in an insane world in which neighbors are pitted against one another, creating conditions that make it more difficult than ever to get along with fellow human beings. It details the immense benefits of regular cardiovascular exercise and why it is more important than ever to laugh, breathe deeply, and get out of our private spaces to connect with and rediscover one another.

The Kindle version of Sanity Way is available immediately via Amazon while the print version is nearly complete and will be available shortly.
