Arlington National Cemetery (ANC) has announced the second Flowers of Remembrance Day to be held at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier on Sunday, May 28. Kennith Harvey of the Mid-Atlantic Regional Group is BVA’s newly named National Chaplain.
