Event Description:

We will be welcoming Brea Blackwelder who is the accessibility specialist on the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Health and Benefits mobile app. Brea works at Ad Hoc LLC and she will talk about the app’s new home screen (that was just released!) and all the work her team did to make sure it’s accessible beyond compliance. Martha Wilkes will also attend the meeting; she is the accessibility strategist in the VA Office of the Chief Technology Officer. They are both eager to share the latest and greatest with you plus hear any priorities or issues you want them to bring back to their teams.
