Welcome to the Blinded Veterans Association! Since February, we have welcomed approximately 200 new members. If you are new to our community, we invite you to join our New Member Series. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn more about BVA, discover how you can contribute to the organization’s work, and explore the support available to you. We are excited to get to know you and help you gain maximum benefit from your membership. 

Upcoming Zoom Membership Meetings  

• Monday, June 10, 1:00pm Eastern Time—The new members and others present will introduce themselves and get to know one another. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet some of BVA’s National Officers (Board Members), delve into the Association’s fascinating history, and learn how to navigate BVA.org. This is the perfect opportunity to ask questions and examine how you can become an integral part of BVA.
• Monday, June 24, 1:00pm Eastern Time—The focus will be claims and benefits. Join us to get your questions answered by one of our National Service Officers.
• Monday, July 29, 1:00pm Eastern Time—BVA’s legislative affairs team will discuss the Association’s advocacy in the U.S. Congress to preserve and improve veterans’ benefits. This opportunity will reveal how you also can help BVA advocate for the benefits and opportunities you have rightly earned as a result of your military service.
