There is an easy and impactful way for you to support BVA—by following the organization on Facebook! When you follow the page, or “like” the BVA Facebook posts, or engage with the content through comments, you help BVA expand its reach and connect with more veterans in need. Why is this so important?

Many of the approximately 1.2 million veterans who live with low vision may not be aware of the resources and assistance available to them. By engaging on BVA’s social media, you could help the Association reach a veteran who knows someone struggling with low vision, allowing us as a collective whole to provide the support that such a veteran may need.

Membership is completely free, and BVA is dedicated to representing all veterans, regardless of their affiliations. Whether they are also lifetime members of the American Legion, Disabled American Veterans, or Vietnam Veterans of America, we hold that a strong support network is essential. Together, we can create a powerful team that advocates for the needs of blind and low vision veterans.
