I have enjoyed serving as the first Ambassadog for the Blinded Veterans Association and its weekly BVA Happenings. I have loved sharing the scoop about my life as a working guide dog and some other informational nibbles. Recently, I was even stopped for a paw print by some of my fans. I would like to extend a paw shake to our friends at Waymo for their continuing support of BVA, and for paving the path for a safer and more accessible future for all of us.

My tail is wagging with excitement preparing for my first ride in Waymo’s self-driving vehicle. Don’t forget to visit me in the Bow Wow Lounge at the BVA 79th National Convention in Jacksonville. My mom, Teresa, and the entire BVA team will work hard to provide a memorable time for all BVA members.

My assignment is now complete, and I am tossing the frisbee over to my pal, Tavi, BVA’s Ambassadog for the month of February. I have included a picture of us in North Carolina at the Valor Games Southeast, a spirited adaptive sports competition for veterans and members of the Armed Forces with disabilities—and at which we were both kept very busy.

I’m so looking forward to Tavi’s contributions to BVA Happenings. Aren’t we adorable side by side?

If you are a BVA member and interested in having your dog featured in the Ambassadog Scoop Series, please send a message via email with your contact information, picture, and a brief introduction of one of my fellow guide dogs to bva@bva.org. I can’t wait for you to join the pack!
