This year’s gathering, held in partnership with the American Council of the Blind (ACB), commemorates 80 years of service to blind and low vision veterans.

Some of the planned offsite visits offered have limited seating capacity so please act now to finalize your arrangements! Online registration closes on June 20. ACB has recently provided BVA with information about Paratransit service for the blind and low vision. To obtain a visitor pass to use Paratransit, have your provider email or fax your information at least two weeks in advance, but not before June 1. The respective email address and fax number are paracert@dart.org and (214) 828-6642. Users should then call (214) 515-7272 and select option 5 to receive a temporary ID number. This same telephone number is the one to use for booking rides. The fare is $3.50 each way, cash only. Rides must be booked one or two days in advance.
