BVA’s Veterans Service Program (VSP) is making unprecedented strides and progress in assisting thousands of veterans with sight loss with their VA claims and other needs related to compensation and benefits.
“I’m very proud of the outstanding work and recent successes of our team of Accredited National Service Officers,” said Duayne Driscoll, BVA’s National Service Director. “The quality of their tireless efforts and their total dedication are unique and essentially unmatched anywhere else.”
Although Duayne could certainly include himself in the objects of his praise, his references points are Deputy Director of National Service Marlene Davis-Lilly and National Service Officer Scott Quinlan, both of whom have become talented access specialists with VA. Their accreditation qualifies them to prepare, present, and prosecute claims for benefits.
The BVA VSP is a one-stop shop of inspiration, encouragement, and practical assistance with cases that are frequently complex and longstanding on appeal. The work, which often includes educating veterans about benefits and services, is accomplished at no cost to veteran claimants and empowers them to find and follow a path to independence.
