BVA Convention Coordinator Meredith Buono-DaGrossa continues to urge BVA members and their families to register as soon as possible for the convention and to make reservations with the Marriott St. Louis Grand Hotel for the Association’s 78th National Convention August 14-18, 2023, in the Gateway City. She also recommends making flight or other travel arrangements now. 

Individuals and families planning to attend this year’s activities—highlighted by educational sessions, an increasingly popular and busy Exhibit Hall, and official BVA business sessions—can now register online on BVA’s national convention webpage and link from there to a hotel reservation form that will allow them to reserve a room at the BVA rate offered by the hotel.

If a hotel representative happens to indicate that dogs are not allowed at the hotel and refuses to place the reservation, please contact Meredith immediately at mbuonodagrossa@bva.org or at 202-371-8880, Ext. 304. The BVA rate is $126 per night, not including the near 19 percent room tax. Convention attendees should verify that they have received the BVA rate.
