“Food is my love language—it’s the way I most enjoy expressing my fondness and affection for family and friends,” Debra has related. She holds firm in the belief that if blind and low vision cooks are simply provided with the appropriate tools and information, they will have the same experience as she has, resulting in a feeling of joy at being able to provide family and friends with delicious and nutritious meals to nourish their bodies as well as their hearts.
