Leaders of BVA regional groups and BVA members interested in attending the Association’s National Convention August 14-18, 2023, are encouraged to read the full 2023 Official Convention Letter released and posted to the BVA website three weeks ago. 

The letter includes the official notice required by the National Bylaws, convention highlights, frequently asked questions, important deadlines, and links to additional information. To access the letter, click here. 

Convention Coordinator Meredith Buono-DaGrossa continues to emphasize the availability of newly released information and registration for the convention’s offsite activities. To access the information and links to register online for these activities, click here. 

Regional groups are encouraged to produce an ad for the convention program booklet. It is not too late to do so! Ads and payments ($100 for a full page and $50 for a half page) are due to Meredith by Tuesday, June 20. Please contact her with any questions about ad format or problems in creating the ad.  

The BVA rate at the Marriott St. Louis Grand is $126 per night plus tax. Convention attendees should verify immediately that they have received the BVA rate. Hotel parking costs $35 daily, including overnight. SP Parking, at 901 Lucas Avenue just two blocks from the hotel, offers parking for $10 per day. A mobile application can be downloaded through which payment can be made daily without returning to the vehicle. More information is available from SP Parking here or at 314-421-4063.
