The BVA Women Veterans Group (WVG) was created to serve, support, and promote camaraderie among blinded and now low vision women veterans through awareness and advocacy efforts affecting their health and welfare. The regularly scheduled general membership virtual meeting occurs on the fourth Thursday of each month via Zoom. 

The July meeting to which all blind and low vision women veterans are invited and urged to attend is scheduled for this Thursday, July 27, at 6:00pm Eastern Time. The focus of the meeting will be on preparations that can be made for the five-day national convention and how attending members can share the experience with those who are unable to travel to St. Louis.

WVG will also hold an in-person meeting in “Majestic C” of the Marriott St. Louis Grand on Wednesday, August 16, from 4:00-5:30pm Central Time. Plans for a second August meeting on Thursday, August 24, that one a virtual meeting, will be discussed at next week’s meeting.
